Seventh-day Adventist Church (SPD) Limited, trading as Adventist Media Network is the sole owner of information collected on this website, including our online store. We do not sell, share or rent the information to others.
Information we collect.
If you agree, we will occasionally use the details you provide us to send information to you regarding any special offers for our products. Any communication from us includes a clear link to unsubscribe from future communication.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. The only drawback being that the user will be limited in some areas within our site.
We take all necessary precautions to protect our users’ information. Our website uses 256 bit encrypted SSL security when personal information (credit card number, address details, etc) is being transmitted.
Your information is protected online and off-line. Access to your information on our system is also restricted within our office as well. Only employee’s who need access to complete their job are granted access to personally identifiable information.

Pricing and currency
All pricing is in Australian dollars and includes GST. International purchases are GST exempt and a GST exclusive price is also displayed.
Purchases charged to non-Australian-based credit cards are based on the exchange rate on the day of payment processing as determined by the cardholders Credit Card Company.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be payable on all orders paid within Australia. GST will be payable on all freight to Australian addresses.
Orders paid from outside Australia are GST exempt. Freight delivered outside Australia and its territories are GST exempt.
Postage and Shipping
Adventist Media Network
uses Australia Post for domestic and international orders. Shipping charges will be added to the cost of the order as part of finalizing your order. We make all efforts to ensure that goods are well packaged so they arrive undamaged however replacement of an item lost or damaged in transit will be at the sole discretion of Adventist Media Network and is not guaranteed.
Orders are shipped as soon as practicable. As a guide delivery timeframes can be estimated in business days for the state of Victoria at:
Australia : 5-10 days
Pacific : 2-4 weeks
Rest of World : 2-4 weeks
Orders can be cancelled at any time until the goods have been shipped. A handling and/or processing fee may apply. Once your items have been shipped the policies for exchange and refund will apply.
Please choose carefully when purchasing as the following conditions apply to returns of any product;
- Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to the applicable laws of the state of Victoria, Australia.
- Refunds are not available unless required to do so by relevant consumer laws of Victoria. In which case the refund will be via the same method as the original payment method.

Please note the following points related to specific product categories.
Printed Books and magazines
- Adventist Media Network will happily exchange your items for items of the same value within 14 days of purchase.
- If the items are found to be faulty, do not do what they are intended to do, are significantly different to that shown or described to you we will exchange the product for another item of similar value, provided the original item is returned to us in “as new” condition with original packaging within 14 days of purchase, or by other arrangement as accepted by Adventist Media Network.
CD’s, DVD and Blu-ray
- Refunds or returns are not available on CDs, DVDs or Blu-rays.
- Exchange of CD, DVD and Blu-ray product will only be offered when the product is found to be faulty, does not do what it is intended to do, or is significantly different to that shown or described to you. It must be in its original undamaged packaging, returned to us with its seal unbroken within 14 days of purchase.
- Where a jewel case is broken during shipping of the goods please contact our customer service team within 14 days of purchase and at the discretion of Adventist Media Network we will send a replacement case to you in good faith.
- If the product does not perform as we have represented please contact our customer service team on the numbers above.
- Please choose carefully as downloadable product cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

All purchases must be paid in full prior to shipping and we reserve the right to cancel any orders in the event we suspect the payment method to be fraudulent.
Credit card payment and security
Our website uses encypted SSL security to ensure the security of your credit card and other personal details during transmission.
Credit card payments are processed through Paypal and we do not store any of your credit card or financial information on our servers therefore ensuring the highest level of protection for you.
International Taxes and Duties
Adventist Media Network has no way of determining customs or other import charges and duties for international purchases. Any of these charges will be your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall we or any of our subsidiaries or agents be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law as upheld in Victoria, Australia and we do not accept any liability for any damage or injury caused by the use or misuse of products purchased or distributed from us. We make no warranty express or otherwise as to whether any of the products or services on our website will meet your individual requirements and you expressly indemnify us in the instance that they may not meet your particular requirements.
For the avoidance of doubt our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, the cost of replacing or repairing the goods or the cost of obtaining equivalent goods.
Adventist Media Network is the copyright owner of the content of this website or is permitted by the copyright owner to use the content on the website. Brand names, cover images, characters, book titles, music clips, video pictures and other product information used in this site may be the trademark or intellectual property of a registered holder. No permission is given in respect of use of any of the above, and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.
Although there may be ways of technically copying Electronic content consumers are reminded that copyright law prohibits such activity. Adventist Media Network respects the copyright law of Australia and as such will prosecute to the fullest extent possible anyone, whether individual or organisation, who breaches the law.
Except as permitted by the Commonwealth Copyright Act 1968 (as amended) and the Copyright Amendment Act 2006 no part of this website may be reproduced, adapted, performed in public or transmitted in any form by any process (graphic, electronic or mechanical, including further copying, recording, taping or by a storage and information retrieval system) without the express written permission of Adventist Media Network.
We use our best endeavours to ensure that all information on our website is accurate at the time of publication however we do not make any representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information and are not responsible for any errors or omissions. In addition we are not responsible for the opinions and behaviour of suppliers and are not liable for any offensive conduct or defamatory statements on their part.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Adventist Media Network and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia or as defined by the Victorian Fair Trading Act 1999, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. To the extent permitted by law, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, and equity or otherwise, against Adventist Media Network that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
