Issue with a product
Please contact our Customer Service Team if there is a problem with an item received. For example, if the item is damaged, faulty or not as described. Our Customer Service Team will then guide you through our process for refunds, repairs and replacements.
Please contact our Customer Service Team before proceeding to return any items as the process may differ depending on the nature of the item and the issue and your location. You must obtain a Return Authorisation from our Customer Service Team prior to returning any item. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation.
Any refunds will be provided via the payment method used for the initial transaction.
No change of mind
Please ensure that purchases are carefully reviewed prior to placing an order as we do not offer returns or refunds if you change your mind.
