There is a wide and growing interest in the subject of self-esteem. Why? Probably because many of us have either faced our own personal struggles with low self-esteem, or watched a family member or friend wrestling with theirs.

Self-esteem is a universal human need. We all need to develop and maintain positive feelings about ourselves, irrespective of our age, gender or cultural associations. We also want those around us to do the same. This little book will help that happen.
